I have a swarm of Grok Bots tackling my biggest admin and project management challenges.

I use them everywhere. Content. Social. The morning dashboard. Sales support. Expense packets. Research. I am also carrying a bag again. President, International Partnerships at AdCellerant. Individual contributor in the Canadian market. Building a book of business from scratch.

The bots are not a toy I stood up to look busy. They are how the rest of the work keeps moving while I am on a discovery call.

Why they feel different

I have used a lot of AI that thinks with you. That is useful. It is also still you, doing the work, with a smarter window open.

Grok Bots go do the work.

Krista Letz, GTM at SpaceXAI, said it from the other side of the table. "Grok Bot feels different for me as it's not just a thinking partner, but I can trust it to go off and actually do things end-to-end." She pins Chief of Staff. She connects the tools she uses every day. She still drafts. She does not auto-send.

That is the part I trust. Not the headcount. The fact that I can hand off a real job, go sit with a buyer, and come back to a draft, a packet, or a dashboard instead of a blank page.

Paul Zikopoulos already said the line I live on. AI is not magic. It is a tool. Start with a business problem. I have seen too many businesses invest in technology without a plan. I did not want another pile of chats. I wanted the work to move.

Everywhere I still have to show up

I play. That is the point.

Media still needs drafts for Evolved Pros Media, georgeleith.com, and Substack. The community still needs a cut. The morning dashboard still has to land before I open ten tabs. A sales day still needs the calendar prepped and the post-call packet built. Receipts still need to become a packet I can stand behind.

None of that waits because I am on a plane or in a discovery call. I used to let it wait. Or I used to do it at 10 p.m. and call it leadership.

Now a specialist drafts the long-form and stops. Social writes the cut and stops. Command Center reports. It does not spend. It does not grant access. Sales support writes the report and the packet. It does not send the proposal as me. Expense builds the packet. I still own the spend.

SEO works one brand at a time. Mixing brands in one pass is how you get slop with a logo on it. Investigation builds the dossier. I still decide what becomes a public claim.

I am not going to walk the house. The ones on this page are the work seats. As of August 17, 2026 I can see 23 Grok Bots. People will count them. I already did. The useful part is that I use them in the places I used to steal from sleep.

I am still in the building

The point is not that I left. I am in the building. I am still the person who has to show up as an AE on those deals.

I like a fast draft. I like a morning email that tells me the state of the work. Speed is useful. Speed stops being useful when the action is hard to undo. A published post is a record. A payment is a record. Admin access is a change you may not get back.

So I still own publish, pay, and access. That is not a lack of trust in the bots. That is how I get to use them everywhere without lying about who is responsible.

The Bottom Line

I use Grok Bots everywhere I still have a job to do and only one of me.

I play. The staff keeps the rest of the field from going dark. I did not replace a team. I built a bench so I could stay in one hard seat without the other work dying.

Start with a business problem. Give the work a name. Then let it go do the work.

I have 23 Grok Bots. I use them everywhere. I am still the one carrying the bag.
